When you sign in to AI Digital Crew using OAuth (GitHub, Google, or Facebook), we receive and store:

• Profile information — display name, email address, and profile photo URL as provided by your OAuth provider
• User ID — a unique identifier from Firebase Authentication

When you submit a project, we store:

• Repository metadata — repo name, owner, description, stars, forks, language, topics, and URL (all publicly available via the GitHub API)
• Submission info — your user ID and display name, linked to the project

2. How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and manage your account
• To display your submitted projects on the site
• To attribute project submissions to your account

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not use cookies for tracking
• We do not use analytics services (no Google Analytics, no tracking pixels)
• We do not sell, share, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not serve advertisements

4. Third-Party Services

AI Digital Crew relies on the following services:

• Firebase Authentication — handles OAuth sign-in and stores authentication data
• Cloud Firestore — stores project submissions
• GitHub API — fetches public repository metadata when you submit a project

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all associated data (profile and submitted projects) is permanently removed from our systems.

6. Your Rights

• Access — you can view your submitted projects on the site at any time
• Deletion — you can delete your account and all associated data using the "Delete Account" button in the app, or by contacting us
• Data portability — all project data shown on the site is sourced from public GitHub repositories
